SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Resident Engineer with to oversee construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery within the budget.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Supervise and monitor construction activities and contractor performance
Ensure work complies with approved designs, specifications, and standards
Monitor progress, quality, costs, and project timelines
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports
Resolve technical and construction-related issues
Assist with contract administration, variations, and claims
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant experience in construction/site supervision
Professional registration with ECSA
Strong knowledge of construction practices and engineering standards
Good communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills

Qualification:

BEng/BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered
