JOB DESCRIPTION:

A quint safari site, spanning across 3,000 hectares which is home to game such as kudu, hippo, buffalo, wildebeest, eland, and off course the good-looking zebra and giraffe, is looking to add a Reservations (Wedding) / Reception / Front Office to their collection of friendly and highly efficient staff. It will be your responsibility to supervise staff and to ensure that guests’ needs are being met courteously.

Accommodation + meals + Wifi + uniform is provided

KPA

Manage, supervise and control all Wedding Reservations and Front Office activities
Supervise Reservations and Front Office staff.
Manage room & block bookings for weddings,
Administer billing arrangements, and
Handle room inventories
Ensure that guests’ needs are met in a friendly and efficient manner

Must have

2- 5 or more years’ experience in a hospitality
3 years’ experience in Reservations (preferably Wedding reservations)
Literacy in Apex
Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook,

Qualification

Matric + related tertiary qualification

Reports directly into Assistant GM

This position needs to be filled ASAP in order to secure a proper hand over
