SUMMARY:
A private game reserve bordering a UNESCO World Heritage site in the Limpopo bushveld is seeking an organised and guest-focused RESERVATIONIST to join their team

POSITION INFO:
This role suits someone who thrives on detail and enjoys managing the full guest journey from first enquiry through to arrival, working across a multi-camp reserve offering a range of accommodation styles.

Core Criteria:

• Previous experience in a reservations or bookings role within hospitality, preferably in the safari or lodge sector
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Confident, clear communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple bookings at once
• Guest-focused approach with a professional, welcoming manner

• Manage incoming booking enquiries across all reserve accommodation
• Process reservations, confirmations, and payments accurately and timeously
• Liaise with guests and agents regarding availability, rates, and special requests
• Maintain accurate guest and booking records
• Coordinate with lodge and camp teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals
• Handle general reservations administration and correspondence
• Assist with rate loading and availability management as required

• Salary: R9,500 per month
• Live-in position
• Open to a couple, provided the partner has head guide experience
