POSITION INFO:

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking platforms
• Provide accurate information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel facilities
• Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
• Maintain and update the reservation system to reflect current availability
• Ensure all guest information is accurately recorded and confidentially stored
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any booking-related issues
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to guarantee smooth guest arrival
• Upsell rooms, packages, and additional services to maximize revenue
• Prepare daily reports on reservations, cancellations, and room occupancy
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and welcoming attitude at all times
