Ideal candidate will be a well-organised, articulate individual with solid experience in hotel reservations and a passion for guest service.

Taking and inputting reservations Opera
Collecting and processing payments
Attending to emails
Dealing with guests over the phone
Handling enquiries and complaints
Converting enquiries
Upselling on reservations
 
Requirements:
 
Matric
A formal hospitality qualification will be an advantage
At least 2+ years’ experience in Hotel reservations / front office
Opera Knowledge
Energetic and enthusiastic
Flexible
Team player
Can work under pressure
Bubbly personality
Good communication skills
Good Telephone etiquette
