As A Researcher you will be expected to:
- Thrive in a high-performance sales culture
- Identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates for positions, often requiring skills in research, candidate sourcing, and communication
- Grow and maintain relationship with candidates
- Achieve targets
- Understand your niche and attract the best candidates in your industry

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification (related to business) with good academics
- Two years sales experience with exposure to cold calling
- Experience in Recruitment
- A track record of achievements
- An ambition to be the best version of yourself
- Have your own vehicle
