POSITION INFO:

Part production plant, part logistics machine, and 100% dedicated to delivering excellence from the factory floor to the finance suite. This industry leader is where forklifts meet forecasts and where supply chain meets spreadsheet.
In an environment that moves fast and operates smarter, they're looking for a Reporting Manager to own the numbers, guide the reporting roadmap, and bring clarity to complexity.

ð Now they’re looking for someone who can:
- Lead financial reporting like a pro storyteller—clear, compelling, and on time
- Develop and manage management accounts and monthly packs
- Analyse trends and variances like a forensic accountant with a crystal ball
- Collaborate with teams across manufacturing, logistics, and finance
- Champion reporting compliance, controls, and continuous improvements
- Guide a team of finance pros while keeping your own hands firmly on the data

ð¯ Experience and Skills Required:
- â CA(SA) – Fully qualified
- â Minimum 2 years’ management experience in a corporate environment
- â Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- â ERP and Excel wizardry (BI tools = bonus points)
- â Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics highly advantageous
- â A strategic thinker with a love for details and deadlines
