SUMMARY:

An urgent opportunity is available for an experienced Repairs Administrator to join a busy repairs and service environment. The role involves managing and coordinating all repair-related administration, including logging and tracking repair jobs, liaising with clients and technicians, processing quotes, purchase orders and invoices, maintaining repair records, ordering parts, handling warranty claims, and providing excellent client service.

The ideal candidate is a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills. Applicants must be fluent in English and Afrikaans, have at least 5 years’ experience in a client service environment, and understand the importance of fast, efficient customer support. Candidates must reside in or near Somerset West and be able to reliably get to and from work.

POSITION INFO:

Duties for Repairs Administrator:

Logging and tracking all repair requests, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Coordinating with technicians and clients to schedule repairs efficiently.
Communicating with clients and internal teams regarding repair status updates and expected completion times.
Processing of Quotes, Purchase orders, and Invoicing.
Maintaining and updating the repairs sheets daily
Ordering and managing inventory of repair parts and supplies as needed.
Preparing reports on repair activities.
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during all repair processes.
Handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, and correspondence related to repairs.
Processing warranty claims.
All admin related work for the repairs division
