Rental Agent | Century City, CPT | Hybrid

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Rental Agent/Tenancy Coordinator to join our team in Century City. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire process of bringing on tenants, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining our properties to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end process of tenant onboarding, including viewings, applications, and lease agreements.
• Conduct check-ins and check-outs for approximately 40 tenants per month, ensuring properties are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations.
• Utilize exceptional diary management skills to schedule appointments, coordinate maintenance tasks, and prioritize daily responsibilities.
• Proactively follow up with tenants seven days after move-in to address any concerns and ensure their experience exceeds expectations.
• Collaborate with a new team formed in partnership with another property development company, providing guidance and support to Customer Team Members.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant feedback, maintenance requests, and property inspections, utilizing our digital management system.
• Adhere to seasonal work hours and additional pay rates for public holidays, ensuring coverage and support for our tenants year-round.

• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in managing schedules and coordinating tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with diary management software and basic computer skills.
• Commitment to upholding company policies, including discretion regarding salary discussions.
