SUMMARY:

We are looking for you if you are experienced with rental properties, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work well under pressure and is good at time management.

POSITION INFO:

MUST HAVE OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORT

EMPLOYMENT TYPE : PERMANENT

SECTOR : PROPERTY

START DATE : IMMEDIATE / A.S.A.P

REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12
• NQF4
• 2 - 3 years’ rental experience
• Computer literate
• Excellent telephone manner
• Able to work after hours and on weekends as needed
• Own transport and valid driver’s license

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Liaise with tenants and owners
• Qualify and vet tenants
• Procurement and placement of qualified tenants
• Market rental stock
• Inspect residential properties
• Meet clients to show them the developments available for rent converting them to successful placements.
• Ad hoc duties
