POSITION INFO:

Our client, a dynamic Real Estate company based in the Durbanville area, is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Rental Agent to join their team.

The focus of the role is to maintain and expand the existing rental portfolio. The role would suit an individual with a genuine passion for people and customer service. You must have the ability to work independently and harmoniously as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing / listing rental properties including viewings.
Sourcing new rental mandates.
New client on boarding.
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
Accuracy in maintaining various property rental agreements.
Conducting inspections at rental properties.
Monthly accounts and invoicing.
Resolving account queries and maintenance issues at rental properties.
Compliance with the Estate Agents code of conduct.

Requirements:

Computer literate, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
2 to 3 years’ work experience, preferably in the real estate industry or customer service.
Valid FFC and Real Estate NQF 4 qualification – or be in the position to obtain it.
Own vehicle and driver’s license essential.
Must be willing and able to work irregular hours (including weekends and evenings) when required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and detail oriented.
Great administrative skills.

Area: Durbanville area and surroundings.

Starting date: As soon as possible.

Salary: Market Related.
