SUMMARY:
A well-established real estate agency based in Durbanville is seeking to employ a hands-on Rental Agent with industry experience. This person will be responsible to manage the companyÃ¢Â€Â™s rentals department.

POSITION INFO:

Characteristics and Requirements we are looking for:

Must a have a solid working record.
At least 2 years’ experience in rentals will count in your favour.
Must have excellent administration skills.
Must be organized and able to stick to deadlines.
Able to work in a pressurized environment.
Attention to detail.
Able to prioritize tasks.
A dynamic sale driven person.
Passion for real estate.
Able to work after hours (viewings of properties are usually in the evening.)
Grade 12.
Must be fully computer literate.
Own transport is essential.
