SUMMARY:
A well-established real estate agency based in Durbanville is seeking to employ a Rental Agent that comes out of the industry. This person will be responsible to manage the companyÃ¢Â€Â™s rentals department. Experience in property rentals will be an advantage.

POSITION INFO:

Characteristics and Requirements, we are looking for:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Must a have a solid working record.
At least 2 years’ experience in rentals will count in your favour.
Must have excellent administration skills.
Must be organized and able to stick to deadlines.
Able to work in a pressurized environment.
Attention to detail.
Able to prioritize tasks.
A dynamic sales-driven person.
Passion for real estate.
Able to work after hours (viewings of properties are usually in the evening.)
Must be fully computer literate
Own transport is essential.
