Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Rental Agent
• Own transport and cell phone
• Excellent computer skills
• High working standards and attention to detail
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans

• Source new rental properties
• Manage lease renewals
• Conduct property viewings
• Handle tenant applications and follow-ups
