Our client, a growing residential property management business, is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Administrator to support the day-to-day management of their rental portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the administration of residential rental properties
Prepare lease agreements, renewals, addendums, and related documentation
Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, and service providers
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on repairs
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
Capture and maintain records on internal systems
Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs
Schedule and coordinate property inspections
Handle telephonic and email enquiries professionally
Maintain filing systems and general administrative processes
Provide administrative support to the rental team

Requirements:

Matric
Minimum 2 yearsâ administrative experience (property/rentals advantageous)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Valid driverâs licence and own transport advantageous
