Rental Administrator

SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity for a confident and communicative Rental Administrator to join a dynamic Ballito-based real estate company.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage rental enquiries, applications, and tenant communications efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements and related documentation.
• Coordinate property inspections and manage maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate records of rental payments, arrears, and deposits.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Support the sales team when required, particularly in development and open-market projects.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in property management.

• Proven experience in property administration, rental management, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of South African rental laws is advantageous.
