This well-known JSE listed Property Group seeks to employ a Financial Accountant to handle the Finance Function of the Rental side of their business.

They are looking for a driven candidate with thorough exposure to the Property industry to join their booming team as a Financial Accountant.

Duties:

Preparation of Receipts and Commissions
Bank Reconciliations
Fixed Asset Register
Debtors and Creditors Management
Month end Reporting

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Relevant Completed BCom Degree essential
Completed SAIPA Articles highly beneficial

Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Property industry needed
Working experience with XERO/Sage1 highly beneficial
