POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric Certificate with English HG
Min 3 years’ solid administration experience (Recruitment Admin experience highly advantageous)
Required to be intermediate to advanced in MS Word
Working knowledge of keyboard shortcut keys
Completely fluent and advanced in English reading and writing
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work quickly under pressure with attention to detail
Ability to work remotely with strong self-discipline
Must have one’s own laptop and reliable internet connection

Duties & Responsibilities

Answering the phone, taking messages, contacting candidates
Required to fulfil daily KPI''s
General recruitment related administration
Advertising jobs and sending mailers out
Reformatting CVs
Posting job specs and blogging
Compiling profiles
Staff training and facilitating where required
Systematic & efficient data capturing into company database
Keeping up to speed with process changes
