Reliability Technician

SUMMARY:
The candidate will monitor the health of equipment, predict future maintenance needs, and improve the overall plant’s reliability

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• N6/ S4 in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Trade test in fitting / electrical / instrument will be an added advantage.
• At least 5 Years’ post trade experience in maintenance.
• Training courses in vibration analysis (Accredited e.g. Mobius Level 2), Lazer alignment, balancing, thickness testing.
• Training courses in thermography, acoustics, motor current signature analysis, Lubrication analysis would be advantageous.
• Working experience in vibration data collection and analysis, balancing, laser alignment, thickness testing.
• Working experience in thermography, acoustics, motor current signature analysis, Lubrication analysis advantageous.
• Communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Coaching / influencing / leadership skills.
• Computer literacy MS office, CBM software''''''''s (Nest 4.0 advantageous).
