POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting: Own your numbers — process accounts accurately and efficiently, in line with treaty terms. Handle VAT, sanctions, reconciliations, performance commissions, and analyse treaty statistics to identify adjustments.
• Claims: Keep capital management strong by processing claims accurately and ensuring reserves are always up to date.
• Credit Control: Be the guardian of financial flow — collect balances on time, communicate big payments to stakeholders, and ensure reconciliations are clean and compliant.
• Data Quality Management: Turn raw data into reliable information. Work with underwriters to correct treaty encoding and maintain financial integrity.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and finance teams to solve problems, share insights, and drive better decisions.

• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar (essential)
• Experience: 2–4 years’ experience in a finance environment; insurance or reinsurance background a strong plus
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of accounting principles (debits, credits, assets, liabilities, income, expenses) and strong reconciliation ability
• Systems & Tools: Advanced Excel and exposure to accounting or reporting systems
