SUMMARY:

Join a leading financial services team supporting investment management, fund services, wealth management, and retirement fund solutions. My client is looking for a Compliance Analyst (Regulatory Compliance Administrator) to ensure all marketing material related to collective investment funds complies with relevant regulations, including Board Notice 92. Must have completed Degree/diploma in finance, law, commerce, or related fields with a strong understanding of CISCA, Board Notice 92, and ASISA standards.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Review and ensure compliance of all marketing material for the funds and foreign funds under CISCA.
Liaise with fund managers to meet submission deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Assist with marketing-related queries and ensure managers are up to date with relevant legislation and ASISA standards.
Submit marketing materials to the FSCA and address any queries.
Monitor websites for compliance with industry standards and regulations
