POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Qualified as a Registered Nurse
Current registration with South African Nursing Council
Previous Geriatric experience advantageous
Computer literacy (MS Word & Excel)

Competencies:

Sound Judgement & initiative
Able to act independently and implement improvements
Liaise between resident’s family, multidisciplinary
Give direct supervision and guidance to team members
Conflict Management
Recognise and co-ordinate the functions of healthcare

Key Results Areas:

Caring and effective healthcare services to the residents - Safe, homely and secure environment
Controlled medication
Guidance to care personnel
General Administration
