Our client based in Johannesburg North is looking for a Registered Candidate Valuer to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Valid registration with SACPVP as a Candidate Valuer
• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Property Valuation/Real Estate
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
• Proficient in valuation methodologies and financial analysis
• Proven experience compiling valuation reports and attending Valuation Appeal Board hearings

• Must have the necessary qualifications, registration, and experience to handle valuations across Commercial, Residential, and Agricultural properties
• Compile accurate and detailed desktop valuation reports for various property types
• Conduct property inspections where required
• Perform thorough market research and apply findings effectively in valuations
• Prepare valuation reports in compliance with SACPVP standards and relevant legislation
• Represent clients professionally at Valuation Appeal Board hearings and related proceedings
• Manage multiple assignments efficiently and deliver reports within set deadlines
• Work effectively as part of a team, while maintaining accountability for individual tasks
