JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Experience and Skills Required

  • 7 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  •  Graduate in any qualification.
  • Represent all leading brands in the Region.
  • Preparing and managing annual turnover and operating budgets.
  • Oversee regular trade visits with the team of Franchise Management.
  • Monitor service levels.
  • Manage the expectations and requirements of customers.
  • Developing annual Operational plans that is in line with the strategies of the brand.
