Our leading client in the FMCG industry is looking to employ a experienced Regional Field Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Durban!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create regional sales and quotas with business objectives 
  • Support store managment with day-to-day store operations
  • Evaluate store and individual performaces
  • Report on regional sales results 
  • Forecast quaterly and annual profits
  • Identify hiring needs
  • Prepare abd review the annual budget for area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new oppertunities and growth
  • Suggest new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • +5 years experience within the relevent industry 
  • Diploma/Degree 
  • Own reliable transport and vaild license
