Our leading client in the FMCG industry is looking to employ a experienced Regional Field Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Durban!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

Create regional sales and quotas with business objectives
Support store managment with day-to-day store operations
Evaluate store and individual performaces
Report on regional sales results
Forecast quaterly and annual profits
Identify hiring needs
Prepare abd review the annual budget for area of responsibility
Analyze regional market trends and discover new oppertunities and growth
Suggest new products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Desired Experience & Qualification

+5 years experience within the relevent industry
Diploma/Degree
Own reliable transport and vaild license
