SUMMARY:
Regional Field Maintenance Engineer/Manager

POSITION INFO:

FUNCTIONS	TASKS	DELIVERABLES
1. Field Preventative Maintenance	Manage a successful execution of Field Preventative maintenance requirements; On-site periodical checks Abnormality corrections Facilities maintenance Internal and external cleaning Controlling of procedures on routines and routine reports To adhere to SLA To check routines and routine reports daily according to set guidelines Routine reports submission and auditing
2. Field Corrective Maintenance	Manage and coordinate Corrective maintenance. Interact with NOC and Back office in correct Fault within agreed service level agreement Attend to all problem tickets Using OWS and OWS stats Monitor/Managing tagging alignment rate Monitoring all TT and Work Orders in Regions
3. Vandalized Sites Repair	Manage end-2-End vandalized sites process and coordinate vandalized site repair progress Assisting with Vandalism notifications Submission of IR/BoQ in time frame To arrange site repairs in time frame To liaise with customer regarding site repairs To arrange all recourses and materials To arrange FQA and submit all related documents with in time frame
4. Site acceptance	Manage all site repairs and FQA On time submissions of documentation to HQ To complete Engineering FQA in time
5. Spare Parts/Warehousing	Escalate spare shortages To confirm all spare parts needed Manage FME to adhere to inbound and outbound procurers To manage replacement parts
6. Reporting on above tasks	Field weekly and monthly reports for preventive and corrective work Field Quarterly Report on Routines Weekly report on Vandalized site repair progress Daily site handover report OWS Reports

Requirements: Duties/ Skills/Qualifications

v Duties

ü Management of Field Maintenance operation for Customer network in the region.

ü Manage 3^rd party or subcontractors’ service contract.

ü Manage 3rd party organizations or subcontractors in performing corrective and preventive tasks at many site locations.

ü Follow up the FM issues & in co-operation with the NOC Manager, develop standard process & procedure to operate FM smoothly.

ü Communicate with other relevant departments (NOC-FO, BO etc) for any integration, upgrade /degradation of Network Elements in Critical condition.

ü Arrange/conduct training for FM employees to improve skills & performance.

ü Keep strong communication with customer management & other vendor’s management to smooth operation.

ü Reporting to top management on weekly, monthly & quarterly.

ü Optimization of operating cost & Increase Company benefits using resources & tools.

ü Clear & realistic plan to achieve FM KPI.

ü Manage Corrective and Preventive Maintenance

ü Provide summary report on Routine Work performed

v Skills

ü Strong skill to handle any condition to operate Filed Maintenance to achieve & increase the Network Availability.

ü Should have good knowledge in Field Maintenance processes & procedures to achieve the targets.

ü Strong communication & understanding of team mates & evaluation capability to increase team effort.

ü Strong managerial and leadership abilities

ü Remote Management Experience and Skills

ü Strong interpersonal and communication skills

ü Good planning and coordination capability

ü Ability to work and coordinate transversal teams

ü Good report writing skills

ü Good command of English

v Experience

ü Good experience of network architecture and design along with people management experience

ü Very good experience in Field Network Maintenance

ü Installation, testing including acceptance testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of telecom equipment and systems

ü Network Quality Assurance

ü Maintenance management skills

v Qualifications

ü Academic and professional qualifications:

ü 10 years in Telecoms Operations

ü 3 years as a Field Maintenance Engineer
