Refrigeration Administrator

SUMMARY:
Opportunity Available!! Our client in the Manufacturing Sector is looking to employ a Refrigeration Administrator to join their dynamic team in Cape Town (Southern Suburbs).

POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities: 

Provide administrative support to technicians and engineers: 

• Capture details of outlook accurately. 
• Dispatch technician within SLA timeframes 
• Plan routes to reduce km and cost. 
• Prepare and distribute quotes for all repairs done by the technicians/ engineers. 
• Update and capture job cards on the company enterprise accurately and timeously. 
• Establish and maintain a healthy and professional relationship with customers and all suppliers.

• Weekly/monthly closure on Internal System. 
• Ensure calls are accurately closed within Service Level Agreement (SLA). 
• Attend to customers queries 
• Capture and analyse the technicians’ kilometer claims. 
• Capture the stock data onto database.

• Relevant qualification  
• Computer literacy  
• Experience within a client service environment 
• Administration experience 
• 1-2 years’ experience as a Data Capturer
