Our client in the food processing industry is seeking a Refinery Supervisor to join their team and support production operations!

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric 
• 5 years of hands-on experience in a production environment would be highly beneficial 
• Previous experience with technical processes and production scheduling is advantageous, along with knowledge of workplace safety regulations and food hygiene practices
• Computer Literate 

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of the production team
• Ensure production targets are consistently met on schedule
• Maintain high standards of product quality throughout the process
• Oversee regular servicing and proper functioning of production equipment
• Prepare and submit accurate production reports
• Manage the availability and use of raw materials efficiently
• Support compliance with food safety regulations and occupational health standards
