JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a recruitment consultant to focus on recruiting for the Natal area.

You will join a team of recruiters that operate on National level, but operate fully remotely.

Duties and responsibilities:

All aspects of the Recruitment functions, including sourcing of candidates through various platforms, interviewing of candidates, reference checks, submitting CV's, relationship building with clients, securing interviews and placements.

Requirements:

At least 1 to 2 years of experience as Recruitment consultant
Strong Sales and New Business development background
Must have strong Cold Calling skills
A confident communicator with the capacity to develop client relationships
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
High energetic, driven and self confident individual
Commission orientated
Creative, with the ability to develop, unique sales opportunities and to create excitement.
Self-motivated and a self starter
Fully bilingual

You will work as part of a team and whilst responsibility for your own destiny will sit directly with you, it is important that you are a team player. The right opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and wants to grow with the company
