Recruitment consultant

We are looking for a recruitment consultant to focus on recruiting for the Natal area.

You will join a team of recruiters that operate on National level, but operate fully remotely. 

Duties and responsibilities:

All aspects of the Recruitment functions, including sourcing of candidates through various platforms, interviewing of candidates, reference checks, submitting CV's, relationship building with clients, securing interviews and placements. 

Requirements:

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as Recruitment consultant
• Strong Sales and New Business development background
• Must have strong Cold Calling skills
• A confident communicator with the capacity to develop client relationships
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• High energetic, driven and self confident individual
• Commission orientated
• Creative, with the ability to develop, unique sales opportunities and to create excitement.
• Self-motivated and a self starter
• Fully bilingual
