For you to be involved in internal recruitment and the training, mentoring and delivery management of junior consultants

You have several years of consistent big billing behind you;

You are proud of your achievements;

You work your backside off to ensure you deliver on clients requirements;

Your phone is your best friend, email comes a distinct second.

Experience required

• 5 to 10 years agency recruitment experience
• IT recruitment industry experience a plus
• A passion for imparting knowledge and get a kick out of seeing people grow and thrive
• Some leading, training and mentoring experience
