Recruitment Sales Consultant

POSITION INFO:

This new role will suit those with an entrepreneurial spirit looking to work within a fast paced, high performing environment

Market experience is not the most important factor for us – it is about you as an individual which is paramount

Duties:

Establish relationships with both client and candidate

Matching and placing candidates into the right position by ensuring the client and candidates needs are understood and met

Cold calling to source new clients

Meeting and exceeding sales targets and passion for producing results

Networking and relationship building/management

Adept at negotiating and closing sales

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 – 5 years sales experience (highly advantageous)

Intermediate computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel

A strong work ethic and sense of commitment

Able to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.

Excellent communication skills

Qualification:

Grade 12 Degree or Diploma (highly advantageous)
