Recruitment / Placement Sales Agent

SUMMARY:
IMFORCE CONSOLIDATED is expanding and seeking a driven Recruitment / Placement Sales Agent to help grow our client base. This role focuses on B2B sales, outreach, and promoting our recruitment services to businesses across various industries.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Cold calling & warm lead follow-up
• Social media outreach (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Building and managing a sales pipeline
• Engaging HR Managers, Directors, and decision-makers
• Sending proposals & securing new clients
• Working with recruiters to fulfil client roles

Requirements:

• 2–3 years B2B sales experience (recruitment experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Target-driven, resilient, and confident
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Pietermaritzburg
• Matric required; tertiary qualification beneficial
