We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic and successful team in Perth, Australia. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships through business development and account management
Source, screen, and interview candidates for client roles
Provide expert advice and consultative support to clients
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple industries

Required Experience

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in 360° recruitment
Proven track record of business development, revenue generation, and client retention. This is a non-negotiable.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Solid understanding of recruitment processes within an agency environment
Proficiency in candidate assessment, interviewing, and database management
