Take full ownership of the recruitment cycle â from prospecting and marketing to candidate placement.
Generate and nurture your own client relationships through proactive marketing and business development.
Create engaging recruitment campaigns that attract top talent within your chosen market.
Negotiate terms, manage offers, and deliver a first-class experience to both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

Minimum ofÂ 2 yearsâ experience in a recruitment environment (recruitment agency experience a plus).
Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development.
A marketing mindset â confident using social media, content, and networking to generate leads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow your own client base while maximising commission
