This is an opportunity to build a specialist desk within one of the country's most established recruitment businesses, partnering with leading engineering firms and highly skilled technical professionals.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with engineering firms, manufacturers, EPC contractors, consulting engineering businesses, and project-based organisations.
• Build a specialist network of engineering professionals across various disciplines.
• Source, engage, and interview high-calibre candidates, including Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, Electronic, and Project Engineers.
• Identify new business opportunities and secure exclusive recruitment partnerships.
• Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to successful placement.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful outcomes between clients and candidates.
• Build credibility as a specialist recruitment consultant within the engineering sector.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and placement targets.
