We are seeking commercially astute, driven Recruitment Consultants who are eager to take ownership of their desks, build meaningful client relationships, and contribute to a results-oriented environment.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement through to successful placement and aftercare
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic business development and client acquisition
Build, manage, and grow a profitable client portfolio within a specialised niche market
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights on market trends, talent availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies
Source, engage, and assess high-calibre candidates using a variety of channels, including headhunting, networking, and database utilisation
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business
Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking using internal systems and CRM tools
Stay up to date with industry developments to enhance market knowledge and credibility

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment (agency, specialist, or executive search environments preferred)
Proven track record of success in business development, client acquisition, and account management
Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of revenue generation and desk profitability
Results-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in a target-driven environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
High levels of resilience, self-motivation, and professional ambition
Ability to build credibility quickly with clients and candidates alike
