POSITION INFO:

The Role

This is an opportunity to build and manage your own specialist recruitment desk, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates within your niche market.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including:

Business development and client acquisition
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Sourcing and engaging top-tier talent
Managing the interview and placement process
Negotiating offers and closing deals

This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working towards targets, and is motivated by career growth and financial achievement.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience
Strong business development and client engagement skills
Proven track record of achieving targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Resilient, driven, and commercially minded
Relevant qualification advantageous
