POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
Secure new business and build your own client portfolio
Network with professionals and develop long-term relationships
Provide market insights and strategic guidance to clients and candidates
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or specialist)
Strong business development and sales capability
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Confident, resilient, competitive, and results-driven
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous, not essential)
