POSITION INFO:
Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a central role in driving business performance through talent acquisition, client engagement, and market insight. This is a fast-paced, performance-based environment where your ambition and resilience directly influence your success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing new business to securing successful placements.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across specialist markets.
Identify, attract, and assess high-calibre candidates.
Consistently achieve sales, activity, and revenue targets.
Collaborate with a committed, high-energy team to deliver exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment or a sales-focused environment (agency experience advantageous).
A strong sales drive and a proven track record of working toward targets.
Confident communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with ease.
A proactive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to excellence.
A tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Commerce, or a related field is beneficial.
