Your Role

Generate and grow new business relationships through strategic sales initiatives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing and interviewing to securing top placements.
Partner with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving and surpassing your sales and placement targets.
Build long-term, trusted partnerships based on professionalism, integrity, and delivery.

What You Bring

At least 2 years of experience in sales or recruitment (agency background advantageous).
A strong record of winning business and closing deals.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field (beneficial but not essential).
A driven, resilient attitude with a passion for performance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a natural ability to influence and engage.
