POSITION INFO:

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Cape Town office, you’ll be responsible for building lasting client partnerships, connecting top talent with leading organisations, and driving your own success in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively grow your client base through business development and relationship management.
Source, assess, and engage high-quality candidates within niche and scarce-skill markets.
Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish for both clients and candidates.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and deliver consistently on agreed targets.
Uphold professionalism and the highest ethical standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Business or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years’ proven sales experience (including cold calling).
A strong record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Commercially minded, resilient, and results-driven.
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
