Currently, Greys Recruitment has a permanent vacancy for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Cape Town branch based in Parow North.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator with experience in the Recruitment Industry and Candidate sourcing, to join our team.

Duties include:

Sourcing of temporary and permanent candidates in accordance with client job specifications and consultant requests.
Maintaining and building the candidate database.
Searching the database, job boards and CV applications for suitable candidates.
Post jobs ads onto company website, Facebook, LinkedIn, job portals and job boards.
Applicant screening calls.
Arrange candidate interviews, criminal check, etc.
Passing on leads to consultants (through CV screening)
Preparing CV’s and processing of candidate’s applications.
Reference checking all shortlisted candidates prior to submission of CV’s to clients.
General administration.

Minimum Requirements:

A Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Effective communication and relationship building skills.
Report writing skills
Time management and multitasking.
A clear criminal and credit record.
