Do you have strong administration experience within the recruitment sector where you have been involved with advert response, screening candidates and managing data-bases? A professional and determined attitude is our top requirement!

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous

Strong Excel and Word skills

Minimum three to five years’ experience in the recruitment sector

Professional demeanour with an open personality

Fast paced work ethic with top integrity is essential

A self-starter, self-managed while driven to achieve deadlines at all times

Assessment ability and good decision maker

 

DUTIES

Reporting to the HR Manager

Managing advert response for internal and external vacancies

Placing adverts where applicable

Sourcing and assessing of candidates to match job requirements

Screening and vetting candidates

Building a database of potential candidates

Managing the processing of candidate applications

General administration duties within the department

Organising and managing the filing system

 

Salary: R15 000   dependent on experience
