Engineering niche recruitment agency in Annlin, Pretoria, is looking for a junior Recruitment Consultant.  We require a junior marketing person who can be trained in technical placement recruitment (Engineers, technicians, and artisans). Must have a passion for sales and marketing.

Looking for a technical recruiter to join our team in recruiting Technical staff.
 
we are looking for a marketing/ sales professional who will be able to learn. Training will be provided in the recruitment industry to place engineers, technicians, and artisans
 
Qualifications and experience required:

• Matric plus tertiary qualification/ courses
• Sales and Marketing experience required. 
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and clients.
• Strong organisational and self-management skills

• Source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close candidates for specific positions.
• Manage multiple open roles while maintaining candidate quality and speed-to-hire.
