Recruiter - Blue Collar and Technical - TES Industry

SUMMARY:
This critical role at our Recruitment Agency is responsible for the full recruitment and placement of temporary assignees with the relevant skills required by our clients. The position encompasses the recruitment of both blue-collar workers as well as technical assignees (e.g. semi-skilled artisans, artisans, engineering personnel, etc.) for projects, ad-hoc and ongoing assignments.

Due to the nature of the role, overtime may be required to be worked from time to time to ensure service delivery deadlines are adhered to as per the clients’ requirements and will be discussed further during interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and selection of applicants.
• Screening of applicants.
• Conducting of interviews.
• Conducting of various verification checks.
• Processing applicant documentation.
• Completion of full assignee onboarding packs.
• Building and maintenance of a candidate database.
• Constant communication with assignees/contracts managers.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience recruiting blue collar and technical assignees for the T.E.S. Industry.
