Receptionist/Internal Sales Rep

SUMMARY:
We are currently looking for a Dynamic Receptionist with an internal Sales background.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) – essential
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in an administrative or sales support role
• Proficient in English (read, write, and speak)
• Computer Literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Sage Evolution (A must have)
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic office environment.

• Reception & Front Desk Duties
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional front-of-house experience.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
• Administrative & Internal Sales Support
• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Capture and process sales orders.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations, pending orders, and back orders.
• Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing, stock availability, and order status.
• Support the sales team with email and telephonic follow-ups to clients and prospects.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections in collaboration with the logistics team.
• Assist with routine stock takes and inventory coordination.
• Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
