DUTIES - RECEPTIONIST:

Ensure reception is neat, clean & tidy at all times
Ensure Internal Sales are notified of visitors
Serve refreshments while visitor is waiting[
Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings
Take accurate messages
Remain up-to-date with staff movements at all times
Ad hoc tasks

DUTIES – SALESS ADMIN /’ SALES SUPPORT:

Generate quotes
Load specials and leads
Complete and forward order templates
Follow up on orders and confirm delivery dates
Liaise with clients
Resolve customer queries
Generate proforma invoices
Ad hoc tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

Own reliable transport
Punctual
MS Office
Own cell phone
Precise & accurate
Well presented
Professional & courteous
