Receptionist / Sales Administrator

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join the team. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while providing efficient sales and administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and supporting the sales function to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer service via telephone, email, and walk-in enquiries.
Handle internal sales enquiries and process customer orders.
Capture and manage data accurately using computer systems.
Assist with stock control and inventory management.
Support sales and administrative functions within the team.
Assist with business development by identifying and contacting prospective clients.

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong computer literacy and data capturing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
