JOB DESCRIPTION:

Receptionist/ Entry level PA/ Invoicing Clerk

Permanent position based in Krugersdorp

R9000.00 per month

Minimum 2 years in a receptionist/office admin position/Invoicing – Creditors/Debtors

Live in or close to Krugersdorp/Roodepoort

Must have reliable transport to get to work

Opportunity to grow within the company

Duties:

· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

· Update calendars and schedule meetings

· Arrange travel and accommodations for Snr Management

· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing & photocopying

· Ordering of food for meetings and/or Snr Management

· Back up to the accounts department for quoting and invoicing customers at latest pricing provided by Snr Management
