Receptionist - Durban West

SUMMARY:
DBN000084 – RECEPTIONIST – DBN WEST
 
Purpose of the Job:
To greet and assist walk-in customers and guests, as well as to respond to the switchboard in a manner that presents the centre in a professional manner
 
Required Qualifications:

1. Grade 12 or equivalent and at least 2 years relevant experience in an administrative environment.
2. Retail shopping centre experience - Essential
3. Some weekend work as Customer Services Officer will occasionally be required
4. Must reside in or around the Kloof/Hillcrest/Waterfall area

Key Responsibilities:

1. General Reception Tasks
2. General administrative duties
3. Receive walk-in enquiries / complaints from members of the public and direct/ assist accordingly
4. Make bookings for auditorium, where applicable
5. Liaise with service providers where applicable
6. Customer Care
7. Tenant Care

1. Excellent Telephone etiquette
2. Excellent English (Verbal & Writing)
3. Good General Administrative skills
4. Computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word, Excel)
5. Ability to Multi-task
